As an early-identified ADHDer and dyslexic thinker, Dave spent his early life navigating systems that weren’t built with brains like his in mind.

Today, he redesigns them. As an educator, strategist, and self-advocate, Dave supports organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to schools and mission-driven startups in recruiting, supporting, and retaining neurodivergent professionals. 

Outside of work, Dave is a dad, a husband, and a former New Yorker living just outside Nashville.
