INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS No prerequisites required

  • An introductory session for all employees covering neurodiversity and neuroinclusion at work. Energizes staff around the topic and equips learners to champion and practice neuroinclusion in their teams. Often a first engagement around the topic — also a key refresher for new starters.

  • Designed specifically for managers. Covers what neurodiversity means in a management context — equipping managers to embrace neurodiversity themselves and support it in their teams.

  • Provides grounding in core neuroinclusive principles across the full employee journey — including disclosure, well-being, adaptations, onboarding, feedback, and career development.

  • An engaging, conversational session for all employees hosted by your own internal moderator. Ed introduces the topic in a format that feels like an internal event, not a training.

ADVANCED WORKSHOPS / Requires Neurodiversity Essentials certification or attendance at an introductory session

  • A role-specific workshop covering neuroinclusive management and unlocking team potential. Goes deeper into communication, leveraging different thinking styles, well-being, accommodations, and developing talent.

  • Covers attracting and filtering applicants, assessing candidates inclusively, and optimizing the candidate experience — with practical steps to remove friction from the hiring process.

  • Builds on HR Alignment to go deeper across key People areas including employee support, workforce development, hiring, allyship, and the role of mental well-being.

  • A facilitated review session for open discussion and Q&A. Best scheduled at 90 days to review progress, surface what's changed, and identify next steps.

A straightforward path from conversation to delivery

Step 1 — Schedule a call — We scope your needs, confirm your session selection, and agree on the right package for your organization

Step 2 — Proposal and agreement — You receive a proposal and service agreement to review and sign at your pace

Step 3 — Platform setup — Your dedicated Customer Success Manager arranges UpSkill™ access and sends your enrollment link — typically within a few days of your signed agreement

Step 4 — Session scheduling — Your two live sessions are scheduled at your convenience through your Customer Success Manager

Step 5 — Track and review — Completion reporting throughout your 12 months, with check-ins to review progress and get the most from the platform
